Who We Are

We are a group of experienced property professionals, including several former senior Ministry of Education staff, all with experience working with schools, government infrastructure, and commercial projects.

Many of our team members have also worked for suppliers who have constructed and installed buildings at schools and other commercial buildings around New Zealand and Australia. Working within the government's framework and alongside various suppliers gives us a unique insight into the challenges of keeping to tight timeframes without sacrificing quality.

We understand the importance of ensuring the least disruption to occupants within their environment.
