Jonathan combines legal expertise with hands-on building experience. As Senior Contract Advisor at the Ministry of Education, he managed New Zealand's school property portfolio. Jonathan excelled at managing and liaising with subcontractors and all levels of educational services councils. He successfully ran the Ministry of Education's OMB programs concurrently while serving as contracts manager. His international experience spans Australia, New Zealand, and Germany, where he managed major infrastructure projects. His blend of practical trade background and commercial expertise delivered exceptional results on projects ranging from $5,000 to $2B.

With over 25 years’ experience in the Property industry, Alex has spent much of that time in the Design Development and Delivery of building and infrastructure projects – including water, power, and telecommunications services.  Having most recently spent the best part of a decade with the Ministry of Education, this has included the delivery of Infrastructure, offsite manufacturing and large-scale school build and expansion along with setting up new programmes of work.

Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), Diploma in Adult Teaching and Learning (Dip ATL) - With over forty years in the construction industry, Graeme brings comprehensive expertise across all areas of the trade. His qualifications include a trade certificate in carpentry and joinery, and a diploma in adult teaching. His extensive experience includes roles as development manager for the certified builders association and building adviser/inspector for the MOE, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

With a career spanning over three decades in the construction industry, Paul combines practical skill with strategic leadership. Starting as a qualified cabinet maker and licensed builder, he has progressed through roles as project manager, construction programmer, and preventative maintenance specialist. His extensive experience in the education sector includes delivering modular buildings throughout the North Island, including a $10m project delivering over 12 teaching spaces and administration blocks for Wellington Girls College.
